Pole Position is a Partner Rewards Programne for Dell Technologies partners in the United Kingdom, owned and operated by Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions United Kingdom (referred to as either Arrow, Arrow ECS or Arrow ECS UK).

There is no charge to join the programne.

To qualify for the programme, you’ll need to:

Accept Arrow’s Program Tracker Request.

Have an Arrow Credit Account in place.

Onboard with Dell Technologies as an Authorized Partner, with Arrow as your sponsoring Distributor.

Be an existing Authorized/Gold/Platinum Dell Partner.

Points are won by running different activities. The activities and points allocated are listed on the Pole Position Partner Portal. Points that can won must adhere to the following rules:

Engagement from Sales/ Pre Sales and Marketing functions.

Pass Sales Rep Certification – 10 individuals at 1 partner. Gold Partners need to pass a minimum of 1 Sales Rep Certification, for which 750 points will be rewarded. Any extra completed competencies will be rewarded 50 points per completed competency. Platinum Partners need to pass a minimum of 2 Sales Rep Certifications, for which 750 points will be rewarded per completion. Any extra completed competencies that will be rewarded 50 points per completed competency.

Pass System Engineer Certification – 10 individuals at 1 partner. Gold Partners need to pass a minimum of 1 System Engineer Certifications, for which 750 points will be rewarded for each completed competency. Any extra completed competencies will be rewarded 50 points per completed competency. Platinum Partners need to pass a minimum of 2 System Engineer Certifications, for which 750 points will be rewarded per completion. Any extra completed competencies that will be rewarded 50 points per completed competency.

Any completed competencies for Dell Technologies clients (laptops & desktops) do not count.

Dell Technologies Forum attendance – 4 individual attendees at 1 partner

Webinar attendance must be for the entire duration of the webinar. Watching an on-demand webinar does not count

Marketing Campaigns must either be run from the Dell Technologies partner portal, or an agreed and approved activity run in conjunction with Arrow, including telemarketing campaigns, end user in-person events and digital marketing campaigns

Deal Registrations must be approved by Dell Technologies.

Social posts using #ArrowDellPolePosition are a maximum of 10 posts per partner per month

Scores for the program will be determined by Arrow, and points will be earned throughout the year. Arrow reserves the right to update or modify these point values and eligible activities at any time. Arrow will not reward any points for activities that have not been verified by Dell Technologies and Arrow.

Points awarded will be collated and monitored by Arrow. The top performing partners will be listed on the Pole Position Partner Portal, accessed through a username and password.

All individuals on the programme will receive regular updates on email.

You will also be invited to join Arrow’s Pole Position Partner Linkedin page, where we will also post regular updates. This page will not be available to the general public and only registered partners on the programme will be invited to join.

The prizes for taking part in the programme include McLaren F1 Team merchandise during Dell’s quarters (August, September, October 2025; November, December 2025, January 2026 & February, March, April 2026). Individuals at participating partners/teams will be rewarded with McLaren F1 Team merchandise choose by Arrow. We will require a shipping address to dispatch the merchandise to the winning individuals

The grand prizes at the end of the programme include VIP Guest and access to The Paddock Club at the British Grand Prix in July 2026, McLaren road car Performance Academy for the top 3 individuals, a VIP tour of McLaren Technology Centre in Woking. The British Grand Prix takes place between Friday 3^rd and Sunday 5^th July 2026. 7 partners will be invited to attend the practice session on Friday 3^rd July, with 7 separate partners attending the qualifying session on Saturday 4^th July and 7 separate partners attending the race day on Sunday 5^th July 2026. You must be available to attend one of these dates. If you are unavailable during the race weekend, you will need to select a proxy to attend on your behalf. Dates for the McLaren road car Performance Academy and McLaren Technology Centre will be confirmed in 2026 and will take place after August 2026.

We will advise the winners of the British Grand Prix prize on Monday 1^st June 2026.

Giveaway prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute the Giveaway/Competition prize for another of equal value.

We are pleased to provide this programme and your attendance at related events at no cost to personnel when appropriate under applicable laws and agency policies. By taking part in this event/initiative/promotion, participants confirm that the event and reward (if applicable) is in compliance with their employer’s policies. Participants confirm they have permission to attend corporate hospitality events hosted by Arrow and/or its vendors. Any reward accepted under this initiative will be classed as ‘benefits in kind’. Recipients and their employers are responsible to declare any reward received on their tax return for the applicable tax year. Arrow is not responsible for any tax liability incurred by the participant(s) in this event/initiative or promotion

In the event of a draw at the end of each quarter, names will be placed into a hat and winners picked at random. The decision of Arrow is final.
